在近 2 0年来的经济发展过程中 ,我国东部发展速度高于西部。东西部发展差距还在日益拉大。因此 ,中央作出决定实施西部大开发战略 ,加大对西部民族地区的投入 。

During the recent 20 years,East China has developed much faster than the western part,and the gap has been still widening.Thats why our Partys Central Committee has made the decision to carry out the strategy of Opening Chinas West.More investment will be put into these areas,while the reciprocity and co operation will be strengthened.
