吹扫捕集/GC-QQQ联用法测定饮用水中氯仿、四氯化碳 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立吹扫捕集/GC-QQQ(三重四极串联四极杆气相色谱质谱联用仪)检测生活饮用水中氯仿和四氯化碳的分析方法。方法采用吹扫捕集/GC-QQQ测定生活饮用水中氯仿和四氯化碳的含量。结果在所建立的实验条件下,氯仿浓度在3.5μg/L^140μg/L和四氯化碳浓度在0.175μg/L^7.0μg/L范围内线性较好,相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9999,氯仿的检测限为0.005μg/L、四氯化碳的检出限为0.002μg/L,跟国标方法相比降低了100倍,灵敏度大大提高。氯仿平均回收率在97.0%~100.7%之间,相对标准差(RSD)为2.25%~4.13%,四氯化碳平均回收率在96.0%~100.8%之间,相对标准差(RSD)为1.20%~3.09%。结论所建立的分析方法准确、简便、快速。 Objective Developing a method to determine chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water by GC - QQQ. Methods The contents of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water were determined by Purge and Trap GC - QQQ. Results Under the optimal experimental conditions, the better linearity of chloroform was obtained in the range of 3.5μg/L - 140 p,g/L, and that of carbon tetraehloride was 0. 175μg/L - 7.0 μg,/L; with correlation coefficients were 0. 9996 and 0. 9999 respectively. The detection limits of chloroform and carbon tctrachloride were 0. 005 μg/L and 0. 002μg/L, and the sensitivity was greatly increased compared to national standard method. The recoveries of chloroform were 97.0% - 100.7% and the relative standard deviations were from 2.25% to 4.13% , and those of carbon tetrachloride were 96.0% - 100.8% and 1.20% -3.09% respectively. Conclusion The developed method is accurate, rapid and simple.
