摘要 目的检测苦丁茶(粗壮女贞)的急性毒性和遗传毒性。方法以粗壮女贞苦丁茶提取液给小鼠灌胃检测急性经口毒性,用Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验检测其遗传毒性。结果粗壮女贞苦丁茶对小鼠经口LD50>30 g/kg(以干品计);Ames试验,各剂量组的回变菌落数与自发回变对照无明显差别;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸变试验,各剂量组的微核细胞率及精子畸形率与阴性对照组的差别无统计学意义。结论在本实验条件下,粗壮女贞苦丁茶对小鼠的经口LD50>30 g/kg,属无毒级,未见有遗传毒性作用。 Objective To study the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of Ilex kudingcha [ Ligustum robustum ( Roxb. ) B1 ]. Methods The extract of Ilex kudingcha was orally given to mice to determine the acute oral toxicity, and the genetic toxicity was studied using Ames test, mice bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality test. Results The oral LD50 of Ilex kudingcha in mice was more than 30 g/kg. There was no obvious difference between the number of revertant colonies per plate and that of spontaneously induced revertant colonies in different doses groups by Ames test. The difference of micronucleus cell frequency and sperm abnormality rates in all dose groups and negative control group had no statistical significance. Conclu- sion Ilex kudingcha [ Ligustum robustum( Roxb. ) B1] had no acute oral toxicity and genetic toxicity under this experimental condition.
