摘要
本文试图对中外宪法的人身权制度进行比较 ,并分析我国现行宪法所确认的公民人身权的内容 。
The citizens personal right in Chinese and foreign constitution has been compared in this article,it analyses the content of the right which is affirmed by the Chinese constitution in effect,and offered the suggestions to perfect it.
