摘要
随着市场日益自由化 ,因法制的不健全 ,以经济强力剥削弱者的现象日益增多 ,其中最明显的是以合法外衣而掩盖的部分格式条款合同。本文旨在结合我国消费者保护法、新《合同法》及其它相关法律之规定 。
The Law of the Jungle has been becoming a popular phenomenon because of the open market and the flaws of legal system,especially in some pattern articles which are within the law.This paper has studied a few theoretical items of the pattern articles based on the Law of Protecting Consumer and the new Contract Law.
