摘要
针对爆温测试环境的特殊性,设计了基于无线远程控制的存储测试系统。通过SZ05系列Zigbee模块对系统进行参数设置、控制系统的上下电以及系统的无线触发,很好的适应了复杂的测温测温环境,大幅增强了测温系统的可操作性。为了提高系统的精确度,利用干体校验炉对系统进行了校准试验,并对实验数据利用MATLAB进行了多项式拟合。最后利用现场试验对测试系统进行了检验,并对实验数据进行了分析。
For the particularity of critical temperature test environments, a storage test system is designed based on the remote wireless control technologies. The SZ05 serial Zigbee module are used to set the system parameters for the control of system turning on/down and wireless triggers so as to keep the system being adaptable to the complex temperature measuring environments very well and improve the operability greatly. In order to increase the accuracy of the system, the calibration tests are carried out with the dry calibration furnace , and polynomial fitting of the experiment data is completed with MATLAB. The feasibility of the system is verified in field tests, and experimental data are analyzed at last.
