摘要
通过对六大甑操作工艺进行探索和实践,实践结果表明六大甑操作法比老五甑工艺可明显提高窖池的利用率,提高出酒率,提升北方浓香型白酒品质。
Six Caldron was explored and practiced, the results of practice show that the method of six Caldron can significantly improve the utilization of pits, increase the alcohol rate, improve the quality of northern liquor than Five Caldron technology.
