摘要
目的 :探讨炎性细胞因子在局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。方法 :采用大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注模型 ,动态测定脑组织及血浆中 TNFα、IL- 6及 IL- 8含量变化。结果 :脑组织中 TNFα、IL- 6及 IL- 8含量相继释放增加并持续至再灌注后 2 4h仍维持较高水平 ,上述因子的血浆变化滞后于脑组织变化。结论 :炎性细胞因子参与了早期脑缺血再灌注损伤的发生发展过程。
Objective: To explore the role of inflammatory cytokines in the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: Using a rat model with thread embolish of middle cerebral artery, the changes of TNFα、 IL-6 and IL-8 in brain tissues and in plasma were dynamically observed. Results: The levels of TNFα、 IL-6 and IL-8 in brain tissues were successively increased and continued to be high level until 24h after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. The alterations of abovementioned cytokines in plasma lagged those in brain tissues. Conclusion: The inflammatory cytokines could early participated in the onset and development of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
