摘要
北京地区某项目的基础设计中,针对不同类型的建筑结构采取了不同的优化设计方法。对于地基持力层的承载力特征值略低于主楼基底压力的情况,采用加强主楼和裙房或纯地下室的整体性、扩散主楼荷载到裙房或地下室区域的优化设计方法。对于带裙楼建筑的高层建筑采用变刚度调平设计方法。地基变形计算和沉降观测结果表明该项目基础设计优化取得了较好的结果。
In the foundation design for a project in Beijing, different optimal design methods were adopted for different building structure types. For the condition that characteristic value of bearing capacity of foundation bearing layer is less than gravity of building, structural optimization design method was used to strengthen the structure integrity and diffuse the gravity to the podium or basement. Foundation stiffness optimization design method to reduce differential settlement was applied in the high-rise buildings with podiums. Results of calculation of foundation deformation and settlement observation show that the optimal design is reasonable and feasible.
