Comparaison of the curative effects and toxicities of NPE withMVP regimen for treating advanced non small cell lung cancer

目的 :比较NPE和MVP两组方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和毒性。方法 :采用NPE和MVP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌68例 ,并对临床资料进行统计分析。结果 :NPE组和MVP组总有效率分别为51.5%(17/33)和42.9(14/33) ,两组无显著性差异(P=0.1495)。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制。结论

Objective:To compare the curative effects and toxicities between NPE and MVP regimen for advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:68 cases with advanced NSCLC were treated with NPE and MVP regimen.Results:The overall response rates were 51.5%(17/33) and 42.9%(15/35) for NPE and MVP regimen,respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups (P=0.1495).The main toxic effect was bone marrow suppression.Conclusion:Both NPE and MVP were effective and safe regimens for advanced non small cell lung cancer.
