去甲-长春花碱加顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌20例

Navelbine and cisplatin combination therapy in thetreatment of advanced breast cancer

目的 :观察去甲 长春花碱(Navelbine ,NVB)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 :NVB25mg/m2 静注 ,第1、8天 ;DDP40mg～60mg/天静滴 ,第1天～3天 ,21天为一周期 ,治疗至少2周期方可评价疗效。结果 :总有效率65 % ,主要限量毒性为骨髓抑制 ,白细胞减少发生率为100% ,其中Ⅲ度为75.0% ,其次为局部静脉炎 ,发生率为45 %。结论 :NVB加DDP治疗对含阿霉素治疗失败的晚期乳腺癌仍是可供选择的有效方案 。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of combination chemotherapy of navelbine(NVB) and cisplatin(DDP) in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods:NVB 25mg/m2,iv,d1,d8;DDP 40mg～60mg,ivgtt,d1～d3.The course was repeated every 21 days with at least two cycles.Results:The overall response rate was 65%.The main side effects were leukopenia(100%) and phlebitis(45%).Conclusion:The regimen of NVB plus DDP was effective for treating advanced breast cancer and its side effects could be tolerated.
