摘要
为了解决传统粮库管理系统中经常出现的稳定性不高、通信实时性差、维护困难等问题,对CAN总线网络进行了细致地分析和研究。利用CAN总线可靠性高、传输距离远等优点,提出了在CAN网络环境下构建多节点智能粮库监测系统的方案,并且采用主流的ARM控制器来进行数据采集、处理以及传输的软硬件设计,上位机监控能够实时显示各个被测点的温湿度,并记录历史数据。研究结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,可以广泛应用于智能粮库、智能监听/监看带有音频的数字信号及其他自动控制领域。
To solve the traditional management system issues of grain depot which in poor stability, bad real - time commu- nication, and maintenance difficulties, detailed analysis and research of CAN bus network are carried out, and the bus with high reliability, long transmission distance, etc. are put forward to build a multi - node environment. Also, using popular ARM chips for data collection, processing and transmission of the hardware and software design, the PC monitor can update each measured point temperature and humidity in real time and record historical data. The results show that the system is re- liable and can be widely used in Smart Monitor Watch with audio digital signal and the intelligent of grain depot or other field of automatic control.
