美国“亚太再平衡”战略与两岸关系的和平发展

摘要美国推出"亚太再平衡"战略,再次转向"遏制中国",并对台湾的角色重新定位。两岸关系快速发展引发美国疑虑,奥巴马政府的台海政策呈现保守取向,开始有限介入两岸关系和平发展进程。维持两岸关系良好发展态势,需要在构建中美新型大国关系、争取台湾民心、增强两岸关系独立性等方面进行深入思考。
