摘要
为提高实验开设的效率,高校采用"虚拟实验-实物实验"的方式开设机构运动方案创新设计实验。但虚拟实验结果指导实物实验的可靠性还有待验证。文中设计了一套基于Pro/E的虚拟装配实验系统,并采用M echanism模块进行机构运动仿真分析,虚拟实验的仿真分析结果与实物拼装后测定执行构件的运动参数比较得出:由于存在摩擦和测定误差,虚拟实验与实物实验存在差别,虚拟仿真实验只能作为参考,不能取代实物实验,只有两者结合才能更好地开展机构运动创新设计实验。
In order to improve the eficiency of experiment, the mechanism movement program innovation test is designed by the methods of virtual experimnts-physical experiments.But the reliability of the virtual experimental results guide physical experiments must be verified. A series of virtual assemble experiment system is built based on Pro/Engineering, the Mechanism software is adopted to emulate the mechanism movement. The simulation analysis of ghe virtual experiment is compared with the components motion parameters after physical assembly. It can be drawn that friction and measurement error leads to the differences between virtual experiments and physical experiments, virtual simulation can only be taken as a reference, virtual experiment and physical experiment can better can not substitute for physieal experiments. The combination of carry out this experiments.
