摘要
以封闭式无级变速器为研究对象,建立其刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型并进行虚拟仿真试验。对行星锥盘和输入轴等两个柔性体构件的动力学仿真结果进行分析,并且对构件进行耐久性分析,获得了在仿真过程中构件的动态应力分布情况。为实现无级变速器的精确动力学分析研究提供了新方法,为变速器传动设计提供依据。
With closed stepless transmission as tile research object, the virtual prototype rigid-flexible coupled model is built, the virtual simulation experiment is carried ouh Planetary bevel-type and input silaft dynamies simulation of two flexible body components are analyzed, and the durability of components is analyzed, the dyllamit. slress distribution of the simulation component is obtained. To realize accurate dynamic analysis of stepless transmission, a new method is provided for the transmission drive design.
