18例心脏二次手术的原因及结果

The Cause and Results of Reoperation in 18 Cases

分析18例二次心脏手术的原因及结果。以风湿性瓣膜病MVP后二次手术居多(61％)。结果显示,手术并发症9例,无手术死亡。结论:选择恰当的二次手术时机,改进手术操作,缩短主动脉阻断时间,可有效减少二次手术并发症及死亡率。

The cause and results of reoperation in 18 cases were analysed. Most of cases who underwent the reoperation are the patients with MVP(61%). The results showed that the complication occured in 9 cases postopera-tively. No cases died. It is concluded that selection of appropriate reoperation chance, improvement of operation technique and reducing aortic block time are effective methods in reducing reoperation complications and mortality.
