摘要
介绍了电主轴的主要结构,并以260X D J12型车铣复合加工中心用电主轴建立有限元模型,应用AN SY SW orkbench对电主轴进行模态分析,得到其固有频率、振型以及临界转速。并通过激振试验对分析结果进行实验验证,实验结果验证了电主轴设计的合理性。
The main structure of motorized spindle is introdueed. The finite element model based on 260XDJ 12 turning/ milling machining center is established. In order to acquire the natural frequency, vibration mode and critical speed, ANSYSWorkbench is applied to modal analysis of motorized spindle. And analytical results obtained by the vibration experiment proves the design rationality of the motorized spindle.
