The virtual prototype about toggle lever mechanism of die-cutting machine has been set up using automated analysis software ADAMS of mechanieal system. The simulation analysis is carried out to obtain, the curves of deployment platform vertical stroke, speed, acceleration and the horizontal displacement and swing angle. The method provides beneficial reference for the development of die-cutting machine research design anti manufacture.
