摘要
在塔机臂架设计中,为了充分发挥材料的性能,根据臂架结构各部分的受力情况,合理选择不同杆件的截面尺寸来减轻臂架自重。以往对塔机臂架的优化设计主要是针对等截面的臂架,有关变截面臂架的研究甚少。文中针对QTZ5010塔式起重机,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对小车变幅塔式起重机的变截面(相邻两臂架节之间具有一定高度差)臂架进行优化分析,在满足强度、刚度、稳定性的条件下可使臂架的质量最轻。
In order to utilize the capability of material adequately, it is increasingly accepted to lighten the dead- weight of the crane jibs by choosing the sectional dimensions reasonably in the design of crane jibs. A lot of optimization design of jibs with fixed dimensions had been studied by the former scholars, while very little design of jibs with mutative dimensions was studied. Optimization design of jibs with mutative dimensions is studied using ANSYS. And the object of study is QTZ5010.
