摘要 泵工作时电机高速运动带动偏芯轴回转运动,进而改变与连杆固定的泵膜片和底板之间的空腔大小。空腔内压强的变化使得阀膜片产生变形,从而控制流体从一端进入另一端流出,实质起到单向控制阀的作用。由于回转速度高,泵膜片需要反复的工作将一定容积的流体转移到另外的容积。因此,泵膜片的力学性能决定了泵体的使用寿命。文中主要围绕泵膜片的受力和变形研究泵的使用性能。 Eccentric shaft drived by the high-speed motor is prompted to rotational movement when the pump is working, it change the cavity size between pump diaphragm and the base plate. The change of eavety size make the valve diaphragm produce defomation which control the fluor from one point to another point. That is to say, it works as a non-return valve. Valve diaphragm works repeated times without number in order to carry the fluor from one cavity to another capity. Therefore, the mechanical properties of diaphragm pump determines the service life of the pump. The paper focus on the deformation and stress or stain of pump diaphragm to study the physical property of pump.
