摘要
设计了一种具有方向控制功能小车的转向系统,该小车在前行过程中能自动避开赛道上设置的等距障碍物,其转向功能由不完全齿轮齿条机构完成,该转向系统由两个主动不完全齿轮和一个从动齿条组成,主动不完全齿轮的连续转动转化为从动齿条的往复直线运动,从而实现小车的自动转向。分析表明该转向机构的设计是合理可行的。
Steering system of a car which controlling the direction by itself is designed. The car could avoid the equidistant obstacle on the track when running, Steering function is completed by incomplete-gear rack mechanism, which consists of two driving incomplete-gears and a driven rack. Continuous rotation of driving incomplete-gears is converted into reciprocating linear motion of the rack, in order to achieve the autoniatic steering function. Analysis shows that the design of steering mechanism is feasible.
