摘要 为了解桂圆肉中二氧化硫残留状况.采用点评估法对龙眼主产区的桂圆肉中二氧化硫残留进行慢性暴露评估。结果表明:慢性暴露量为每日允许摄入量(ADI)的0.285~0.600倍。因此,需要关注居民膳食二氧化硫摄人安全情况,尤其是对生长发育阶段的少年儿童。 In order to understand the status of the sulfur dioxide residue in longan pulp, a risk assessment was carried on sulfur dioxide intake status from longan food. The point evaluation method was used to do a chronic assessment for the sulfur dioxide residue of longan pulp in main longan producing areas. It was revealed that chronic exposure was 0.285-0.600 times of acceptable daily intake(ADD. It meant that attention should be paid to the dietary sulfur dioxide intake security situation, especially to the children who were in the stage of growth and development.
