摘要
设计了一种集毛坯加工、工件装配、成品检测为一体的全自动化流水生产线,以圆柱形毛坯为例,对其加工、装配、检测过程中各组件功能结构进行逐一设计,并以气源作为动力,PLC作为动作连接控制器完成自动化流水生产线的运动设计过程,从而提高工业生产效率,降低劳动工作强度。
Automalizalion produel line is designed to realize some functions thai includes processing, assemblage and iesl. Cylindrical roughcast is taken as an example, every functional structure was designed, air pump and PI,C are used to cnntrol the whnle automtatization product line process. The produce efficiency and work intension are improved.
