摘要
军队小医院要正确处理好五种关系 ,即 :总体布局与局部精简、确保为军与对外医疗、临床医疗与教学科研、“有所为”与“有所不为”、过程管理与最终归结。
Five kind of the relations should be managed rightly in army small hospitals .That is :the relations of overall layout and the part simplification ,the relation of insuring the army and the external medical treatment ,the relation of clinical medical treatment and the scientific research ,the relations of “somewhat do” and “somewhat not do”,the procedure management and the final sum up.
