作者介绍了拓宽医疗技术创新的源泉 :积极推广科研成果、大胆进行技术改造、花大力气引进技术、依托高精尖设备开展技术创新 ;提出了确保医疗技术创新的因素 ;探讨了如何处理好创新的关系 。
The article presents headspring to broaden the innovations of medical technology: adopt vigorous measures to spread achievements in scientific research; perform bold innovations; spare no efforts to import technology; make technological innovations relied on hi tech equipment.The article also raises some factors to guarantee the progress of the innovation. The quality of the innovation of medical technology can be proved by means of analyzing the four relations of innovation.
