北京军区张家口急救中心在 3年运行中完全适应军队院前急救半径大、任务少、现场高技术抢救比重大的特点。在完成军地院前急救需求中具有较好的发展前景 ,但因受发展规模和体制制约 ,在院前现代化网络通讯保障的建设阻力远大于地方急救网。因此 ,在提高军队院前急救速度、质量上 。

The integrative first aid network has been proved to be adapted to the characteristics of military hospitals after three years' practice relying on hospital's emergency section and hygiene units at the grass roots level .Combined with medical fieldwork ,far distant rescue and special medical aid with local “120” ,it shoulders 1/3 of all social emergency help work. Such form of the organization supply us with a bright future under the limitation of present size and system .For this reason , much more attention should be laid upon the primary medical function and its training.
