摘要
论文研究用于铁路货车基础制动装置等悬挂件的新型连接件,采用有限元法分析其力学性能,简述其加工工艺和试验方法。拉铆销的研制以解决铁路货车基础制动装置等悬挂件脱落、丢失等惯性质量问题,保证铁路货车运行安全。
As a new-type connector applied in the basic brake device and other hanging devices, this paper was to analysis the mechanical properties by using finite element analysis method, which briefly introduced the processing technology and testing methods. The special rivet- pin was designed to prevent the hanging parts of Freight Car from abscission and missing during operation, and to ensure the safety operation.
