摘要
针对直流微电机的转速转矩测量和性能研究,构建了一种实验系统,即电机拖动同型号的电机,一个做动力电机,一个做发电机。通过对四种直流微电机的性能实验,得到了若干组数据。根据直流电机的基本方程,通过计算和分析,得到了阻转矩计算公式,构造了五个性能指标,计算得到了这四种电机的性能指标数据。通过对性能指标的分析和比较,确定2号电机的综合性能是最好的,4号电机性能最差。
An experimental system is constructed about the property test of DC micro motors, in which one works as drive and another one of common types works as load. A group of data is obtained after the full experiments about the fours sorts of DC micro motor. Five indexes of property are established after studies on the basis of fundamental equations of DC motors. Then the conclusion is reached that No.2 motor is the best and No.4 is the worst among the four motors after calculating and comparing the values of indexes.
