Analysis and Control on the Quality of Calendaring Process Based on Minitab

通过对云南某板簧公司生产现场情况的研究,笔者得出使用质量控制图可提高该公司钢板弹簧质量、降低生产成本的判断;在实际应用中,利用Minitab软件绘制均值—标准差控制图进行分析,可方便准确地判断钢板弹簧压延工序的质量现状、实施质量控制。

By study on the work site of a leaf spring company in Yunnan, the writer concludes that using quality control charts can improve the production quality and reduce the production cost; In practical work, if we use control charts of mean value and standard deviation drawn by Minitab software to analyze, we can conveniently and accurately judge the quality status of the leaf spring calendaring process and take control on it.
