摘要
论文以高强度短尾拉铆钉为对象,借助于弹塑性理论研究拉铆钉在铆接和拉脱过程中的力学性能,将10.9级与8.8级短尾拉铆钉进行对比分析,对10.9级短尾拉铆钉进行力学性能试验。通过有限分析和试验研究,大大缩短了研发周期,节约了研制成本,为批量装车提供了理论和试验支撑。
In order to analysis the high strength bobtail, by using plastoelasticity theory and mechanical performance theory, this article compare the grade 8.8 bobtail with grade 10.8 bobtail by mechanically testing on the grade 8.8. Cost reduced and product development period shortened, and the theoretical and experimental support provided for mass production.
