摘要
海藻酸钠是细菌细胞壁及海带等褐藻类植物细胞壁的主要组成成分,因其具有很好的生物相容性、成膜性等特点,在食品医药等方面被广泛应用。其降解产物为海藻酸钠寡糖,与海藻酸钠相比具有分子量低、水溶性强、易吸收等优点,表现出多种生物活性而引起关注。综述了海藻酸钠寡糖的生物活性和应用领域研究进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
Sodium alginate is a key component of bacteria cell wall and brown algae cell wall such as seaweeds. It is widely used in the maims of food and pharmaceutical industries for its fine biocompatibility and film-forming property. The degradation product sodium alginate oligosaccharides has lower molecular weight and better water solubility comparing to alginate, and it have shown lots of biological activity, thus raising much interest by researchers. The biological activities and applications of alginate oligosaccharides were reviewed, and the prospect and development in the future were also discussed.
