摘要
工勤岗位人员是高校图书馆人力资源的重要组成部分,研究工勤岗位人员的职业发展对高校图书馆人力资源整体水平的提高具有重要意义。通过对常州市3所高校图书馆工勤人员基本情况的调研分析,认为人事管理政策相互矛盾、继续教育机会普遍缺乏和个人自身发展意愿不强是目前高校图书馆工勤岗位人员职业发展层次较低的主要原因,建议在现阶段应积极准备专业技术人员资格申报材料,实现从服务型馆员到专业型馆员的转变,通过个人努力为将来职业发展的新机遇做好准备。
The handymen are the important component of university library' s human resources, the study on handymen' s career development possesses important significance on the improvement of overall level of university library's human resources. Through the investigation and analysis on the basic situation of the handymen in three university libraries in Changzhou City, this paper holds that the main reasons of the lower development level of university library' s handymen are the mutual contradiction of personnel management policies, general lack of opportunities for further education and the weaker willingness of personal development, and proposes that the handymen should prepare materials for the application of professional and technical personnel qualification, realize the transformation from the service staffs to professional librarians, and prepare for grasping the new opportunities of career development in the future through h individual efforts.
