This paper introduces the change and development of competitive intelligence, analyzes the demand of enterprises for competitive intelligence, probes into some key factors enterprise＇s competitive intelligence work under strategic guidance, and discusses the construction of enterprise＇ s strategy-oriented competitive intelligence system.
