摘要
目的]建立了GC—MS联用直接分析粘合剂中挥发性有机化合物。[方法]采用全扫描法分析了其组成,并用选择离子扫描及内标标准曲线法选择定量分析了粘合剂中1,2-二氯乙烷、苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯。[结果]1,2-二氯乙烷浓度在 0.002~0.50mg/g,苯在 0.001~0.18mg/g,甲苯、乙苯在 0.01~0.69mg/g,二甲苯在 0.02~0. 69mg/g范围内呈现良好的线性关系,方法的最低检出浓度:1, 2-二氯乙烷为 0.002mg/g,苯为 0.001mg/g,甲苯、乙苯为0.01mg/g,二甲苯为0.02mg/g,变异系数为0.5%~5.7%。[结论]该方法准确快速。
Objective] A gas chromatographic - mass spectrometric method (G C - M S ) was developed for analyzing volatile organic compounds in adhesive material. [Methods] Utilizing full scans method kinds of volatile organic compounds were analyzed. Using selected ion monitoring and internal standard curve method, 1, 2-dichloroethane, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and dimethlbenzene were determined respectively. They were separated on HP- 5 capillary column. The optimum chrornatographic conditions and MS parameter were determined. The characteristic ions were selected to quantify at m/z 62 for 1, 2 -dichloroethane, m/z 78 for benzene, m/z 91 for toluene, ethylbenzene,dimethylbenzene and m/z 85 for octane as internal standard. [Results] The linear range of l, 2-dichloroethane is 0. 002-0. 50mg/g. The linear range of benzene is 0. 001-0. 18mg/g. The ranges of toluene, ethylbenzene are 0. 01-0. 69mg/g. The range of dimethylbenzene is 0. 02-0. 69mg/g. The limits of detection are 0. 002mg/g for l, 2-dichloroethane, 0. 001mg/g for benzene, 0.01mg/g for toluene, ethylbenzene and 0. 02mg/g for dimethylbenzene [Conclusions] The method is simple, fast and reliable.
