离子色谱法同时测定样品中的Li^+、Na^+、NH_4^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)离子 被引量:14

摘要 本文采用离子色谱法同时测定水样及烫发剂、脱毛膏、牙膏样品中的阳离子Li+、Na+、NH+4、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+,选用甲烷磺酸作淋洗液,测定方法的相关性好(r>0.9990),线性范围广,精密度高(RSD%<1.6),准确度好(RSD%<2.0),样品加标回收率为92.2%~108.2%,检出限高。采用《饮用天然矿泉水标准检验方法》(GB8538)的方法作对比测定,测定位无明显差别。同时对酸度、共存非测定离子、相邻离子等干扰因素进行研究,确保测定的准确性,结果令人满意。 An IC method was developed to simutaneously determinate canons of Li+、 Na+ 、NH4+、 K+、 Mg2+、 Ca2+ in samples of water,waving lotions, depilatory creams, toothpastes. Methane-sulfonic acid was used as eluent, The analysis linearity was broad, correlative coefficients was good (r>0. 9990),analytic precision and accuracy were also good (RSD%< 1. 6 and M 2. 0 respectively). The average recoveries rates were between 92. 2 % and 108. 2%. Campared with the method used in Standard Methods for Examination of Drinking Natural Mining Waters, results show no difference. At the same time, interference factors such as acidity, non-determinating coexisting canons,neighboring canons was also studied to ensure results accuracy.
