基于博弈论的消防安全监管分析与对策研究

Fire Safety Analysis and Countermeasure Research Based on Game Theory

本文首先对火灾隐患的成因进行分析,提出搞好消防安全监管工作的必要性;然后引入本文采用的消防安全监管分析主要工具——博弈论,并分别建立博弈模型,分析了单位与单位之间的博弈及单位与公安消防部门作为博弈双方的监管过程博弈,并依据博弈分析的结论,提出现实中可资借鉴的消防安全监管对策。

This paper firstly analyzes the causes of fire hazard, gives the necessary to improve fire safety supervision, and then introduces the game theory, a tool of the fire safety supervision, and establishes game model, analyzes the games between the unit and the unit, games between the unit and the public security fire department. At last according to the conclusions of game theory, it puts forward countermeasures for fire safety supervision from the reality.
