The Comparison and the Choice between Open-end Fund and Close-end Fund

开放式基金与封闭式基金作为投资基金的两种类型，从理论上比较，开放式基金在价格定位、运行机制及对证券市场的影响方面有一定的优势，但其管理难度大，所配套的金融环境条件要求较高。发达国家基金市场经历了从封闭式到开放式的制度变迁，鉴于世界上开放式基金是基金市场的主流，及考虑到对外开放的要求，近来在我国要求设立开放式基金的呼声很高。从封闭式基金到开放式基金也是我国基金发展的必然趋势，但结合国际、国内的实际情况，当前应以规范、完善封闭式基金为主，同时为今后开放式基金大规模的开展创造条件。

Open-end and close-end fund are two kinds of investment funds. Compared theoretically,open-end fund is superior on orientation of price,operational mechanism and the influence on stock market. But its management and its necessary financial circumstance are difficult. In developed country,the fund has changed close-end fund into open-end fund. For the open-end fund is the main aspect in fund market in the world and our country has opened door to the outside world,we need to set up open-end fund. It is an inexorable treed of changing closed-end fund into open-end fund in our country. Combining the reality home with that abroad,the most important task is to standardize and perfect close-end fund,and create favorable conditions for the large-scale development of the open-end fund in the future.
