康有为人口素质教育思想初探

A Preliminary Research on Kang Youwei's Thought of Population Quality Education

人口素质包括人口的身体素质、科学文化素质和心理素质三个基本方面。康有为提出针对人口年龄构成不同阶段的身体特点施以不同的教育，倡导对教育从体制到内容的改革，重视德育教育，尤其注意到妇女身体素质和科学文化素质的提高等，具有深远的人口学意义。尽管康有为的人口素质思想存在着局限性，但对我们当前提倡的素质教育仍具有可资借鉴的时代价值。

Population quality includes three basic aspects: body quality,science and culture quality and psychology quality. Kang Youwei proposed different educational forms according to different body characteristics of vary grops, advocated reforming of education from system to content, emphasize moral character education, and especially paid special attention to women's body quality and science and culture quality. His thought has a profound demographic meaning. Although Kang Youwei's thought of population quality education has its limitation, we can learn from it in carrying out our quality education today.
