摘要
以小米糠为原料,对其膳食纤维制备过程中碱提条件、酸提条件、超微粉碎条件以及产品通便功能特性进行研究。制备工艺研究结果显示,最佳碱提条件为:NaOH浓度5%、提取温度50℃和提取时间2.5 h,酸提最佳条件为:H2SO4浓度6%、提取温度50℃和提取时间2.5 h,超微粉碎条件为:料球比为1:10超微粉碎12 h。小鼠试验研究结果显示,低、中剂量组和高剂量组分别能极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)增加小肠运动;低、中剂量组极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)降低首次排黑便时间;不同剂量组能极显著(P<0.01)增加6 h排黑便粒数,中、高剂量组极显著(P<0.01)增加6 h排黑便质量,小米糠膳食纤维具有一定通便功能特性。
The preparation of dietary fiber from foxtail millet bran was studied by the alkali extraction, the acid extraction and the superfine pulverizing condition. This study also investigated the regulating of dietary fiber from millet bran on catharsis function. Result of preparation showed that, for the NaOH extraction, the optimum concentration, extraction tempreture, and extraction time were 5%, 50 ℃, and 2.5 h, for the H 2 SO 4 extraction, the best values of the above-mentioned were 6%, 50 ℃, and 2.5 h, the superfine pulverizing condition, material/balls and time were 1:10 and 12 h, respectivly. Result of mice test showed that, comparing to those of model group, low, and middle-dose significantly increased(p0.01) small intestinal motility, high-dose increased(p0.05) small intestinal motility, low-dose significantly decreased(p0.01) the first defecating time, and middle decreased(p0.05) the first defecating time, all dose significantly increased(p0.01) the number of feces granules during 6 hours, middle and high dosesignificantly increased(p0.01) the weight of feces granules during 6 hours. The catharsis function of dietary fiber from foxtail millet bran was proved.
