摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC/MS)作为检测手段,研究并优化了白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)检测的前处理方法。通过比较4种不同的前处理方法下PAEs检测的加标回收率高低,最终证明采用旋转蒸发除去样品中乙醇等易挥发性物质后再行萃取,提取效果较好,回收率高。结合该前处理方法和GC/MS测定,我们建立了白酒中的17种PAEs的检测方法,对DINP、DIDP的检出限为0.4 mg/L,其他15种PAEs的检出限为0.1 mg/L,重复测定的RSD%为3.3%~12.2%,加标回收率在66.4%~118%之间。
In this work, we optimized the sample pretreatment method for detection of phthalates(PAEs) in white wine by means of GC/MS. After comparing the recoveries of 4 different sample pretreatment methods, we finally demonstrated that the method combining rotary evaporating and liquid extracting gave the best recovery data. Using this sample pretreatment method and GC/MS technique, we established the optimized method for detecting 17 kinds of PAEs in white wine. The limit of detection of the method is 0.4 mg/L for DINP and DIDP, and 0.1 mg/L for the other 15 PAEs. The RSD% is between 3.3% and 12.2%, and the recoveries is between 66.4% and 118%.
