摘要
只赔偿因人身伤害而引起的财产损失的赔偿原则应当修正 ;《民法通则》及其司法解释中关于一般伤害赔偿、致人残废赔偿、死亡赔偿的规定都太简略 ,必须加以具体化 ;应确定死亡赔偿金制度 。
This article holds this opinion that the compensation principle of property loss caused by personal injury only should be corrected; In General Principle of Civil Law and its judicial explanation, the enactments about general damages, compensation for causing a person disability and compensation for death are so simple that they should be specified; The system of compensation for death must be determined, and separated from the system of consolation system.
