摘要
中国酒店业经过二十多年的经营和发展已粗具规模 ,并形成了自身的优势和特点 ,但在经营和管理模式上仍存在诸多问题。
After a development of more than two decades, Chinese hotel industry has had a certain scale with its own characteristics. On the other hand, there still exists many problems as for as hotel operation and management are concerned. What Chinese hotel industry will have to face in the future are both opportunities and challenges.
