民族地区和谐生态文化建设研究——基于武陵民族地区的调研

On the Construction of Harmonious Ecological Culture in Ethnic Areas

在对武陵民族地区其中的一块区域——湖北省恩施州和谐生态文化建设情况进行调查的基础上展开了深入分析。恩施州目前开展了部分和谐生态文化建设工程,地方政府对和谐生态文化建设工程进行了一定的宏观引导,但是当地和谐生态文化建设中的主导力量和主体力量出现了一定错位,当地民众对生态文化及生态文化建设的理性认识及其参与和谐生态文化建设的积极性还有待提高。笔者认为,要纵深推进民族地区的和谐生态文化建设,应该做好以下几方面工作:一是从学术角度多层次全方位研究文化生态与生态文化建设的内涵和外延。二是发挥政府主导作用,协调各方面力量建设民族地区和谐生态文化。三是要加快知识转型,加强民族地区干部人才队伍建设并提高民族地区干部的执行力。四是培育生态村民,建设和谐生态文化。

The report carried out in-depth analysis on the basis of the harmonious ecological and cultural construction investigation in Wuling Area. The construction of a harmonious ecological culture has been partially developed in Enshi Area, and the local government gave the projects a certain macro-guidance. However, the rational awareness and enthusiasm of local people on harmonious ecological and cultural construction needs to be improved. The author believes that to carry forward the harmonious ecological and cultural construction, we should do a good job in the following aspects： First, we should develop the connotation and extension of ecological and cultural construction multi-levelly. Second, the government plays a leading role to coordinate each force to construct harmonious ecological culture in ethnic areas. Third, is to accelerate the transformation of knowledge, strengthen the qualification of the cadres personnel and improve it＇ s execution. Fourth, is to cultivate ecological villager, and build a harmonious ecological culture.
