摘要 在发动机气路性能监测问题的研究中,静电感应传感器只能测量局部空间信息。为准确监测发动机气路部件的故障,结合静电感应和电容层析成像(ECT)技术,设计了一种适用于航空发动机气路监测的复合式传感器。通过融合静电传感器测量的局部信息和ECT重建的全截面信息,实现ECT与静电感应传感器的优势互补。考虑敏感场的非线性及两种传感器间的耦合作用,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行建模,加载和求解,对复合传感器中的耦合作用进行分析。仿真结果证明,影响复合传感器精度的关键因素为静电探极长度和绝缘层张角,提出的新方法为复合传感器的开发和在航空发动机气路监测中应用提供了理论参考。 In view of the fact that the electrostatic induction sensor can only detect local information, a muhiplex sensor has been designed by combining an electrostatic induction sensor and an ECT sensor for monitoring the gas path of aero - engine. The local information obtained with the electrostatic sensor was integrated with the cross - sec- tional information obtained by using the ECT sensor, realizing mutual complementarity between the advantages of e- lectrostatic induction sensor and that of ECT sensor. Considering the nonlinear property of the sensitivity field and the coupling effect between the two sensors, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was utilized to model, load and solve the coupling problem of the multiplex sensor. Simulation results show that the key factors affecting the accuracy of the multiplex sensor are the length of the electrostatic probe and the insulation block angle, which provides a theo- retical reference for the development of multiplex sensor and its application to the aero - engine gas path monitoring.
