汽车覆盖件冲压材料利用率提升的研究与应用 被引量:13

Research and application of material utilization ratio improvement for automobile panel

摘要 以汽车覆盖件冲压材料利用率为研究内容,利用有限元数值模拟方法,确定冲压板料剪裁形状。并提出通过计算面积评价指标值E及成形质量评价指标值s,最终获得板料剪裁尺寸的方法,从而有效提升板料冲压材料利用率。通过对某汽车后端板加强件进行实例分析,材料利用率比原板料尺寸提高5%。此方法为企业降低生产成本提供了一种有效途径。 Taking the stamping material utilization ratio of automobile panel as research content, the clipping-shape of stamping sheet was got using finite element numerical simulation. The clipping-size was acquired eventually by calculating the area of evaluation index E and forming quality evaluation index s, which can improve the material utilization ratio effectively. Through instance analysis of end plate rein- forcement of an automobile, the material utilization ratio increased about 5% than that of the original. Therefore, the method is an effec- tive way for enterprises to reduce production costs.
