薄壁件锻造成形工艺及数值模拟技术研究 被引量:10

Research on forging process and numerical simulation technology of thin-walled parts

摘要 分析了薄壁件的结构特点,对叶片类薄壁件的锻造成形工艺进行了研究;结合企业生产实际,分析了模锻工艺中的精密模锻的特点和方法,简述了叶片精锻件及模锻模具生产流程;介绍了叶片类薄壁件锻造成形数值模拟技术。采用有限元软件Deform-3D,实例模拟和分析了叶片类薄锻件锻造变形过程,详述了该软件的操作流程和分析方法,以期获得变形过程中的材料塑性变形行为、流动规律等,为叶片工艺及结构的参数选择和模具设计提供了参考。 The structure characteristics of thin-walled parts were analysed, and the forging forming process of blade thin-walled parts was researched. Combined with the actual business, the characteristics and methods of precision die forging in die forging process were ana- lysed, the blade precision forged piece and die forging process were sketched; and the finite element numerical simulation software for blade thin-walled parts was introduced. Using the finite element software of Deform-3D, the blade thin-walled parts forging deformation process was instance simulated and analyzed, and the software operation process and analysis methods were amplified in order to obtain the plastic deformation behavior, flow pattern, etc. in deformation process, which provids reference for the parameters selection and die design of the blade process and structure.
