多单元开关电感/开关电容有源网络变换器 被引量:75

摘要 高增益DC/DC变换器被广泛的应用于绿色能源发电、不间断电源(uninterrupted power supply,UPS)等工业场合。讨论常见高增益电路中开关电感、开关电容单元各自的优缺点,对有源网络升压变换器及传统Boost电路进行一系列性能对比,并在这些基础上衍生出多单元开关电感/开关电容有源网络升压变换器。该变换器结合了开关电感、开关电容单元以及有源网络结构各自的优点,与现有的高增益变换器相比,此变换器升压能力更高,功率器件电压/电流应力更小。在理论研究的基础上,实验结果验证了多单元开关电感/开关电容有源网络升压变换器的优点。 High step-up voltage gain DC/DC converters are widely used in green energy power generation, uninterruptible power system and other industrial applications. This paper discusses the characteristics of the switched-inductor/switched capacitor cells, making some comparisons between the active-network converter and the traditional Boost converter. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper derives a multicell switched-inductor/switched-capacitor active-network converter, the proposed converter combines the advantages of switched-inductor/switched-capacitor cell and active-network structure, compared with previous high step-up voltage gain converters, the novel converter provides a higher voltage conversion ratio with a lower voltage/current stress on the power devices. Theoretical analysis and experimental results were presented to demonstrate the feature of the proposed converter.
