摘要
现代服务业、先进制造业与区域中心城市的协同发展程度直接影响着区域中心城市的可持续发展和竞争力。在构造了包含现代服务业、先进制造业与城市三个子系统的区域中心城市非线性经济系统的基础上,运用非线性系统协同度模型对珠三角双中心城市各自的协同发展问题进行了定量比较分析。结果表明,深圳与广州发展的可持续性均主要得益于先进制造业、现代服务业与城市的协同发展,其中现代服务业均起到了重要的拉动作用。最后,提出了优化珠三角双中心的城市可持续发展方式和提升竞争力的若干政策建议。
The degree of synergic development of mod- ern service industry, advanced manufacturing industry and re- gional center cities directly influence the sustainable develop- ment of regional central city and competitiveness. Based on the regional center city nonlinear economic system which contains three subsystems named the modern service industry, advanced manufacturing industry and the city, the nonlinear system syner- gy degree model has been used to make a quantitative compara- tive analysis on the respective synergic development in the two center cities in the Pearl River Delta. The results show that the sustainability of the developments in both Shenzhen and Guang- zhou are mainly due to the synergic development of advanced manufacturing industry, modern service industry and the city, and the modern service industry has played an important role in stimulating without exception. Finally, sortie policy suggestions to optimize the sustainable development mode and to enhance thecompetitiveness of the two centers in the Pearl River Delta have been puts forward.
