摘要
采用粉末冶金工艺制备了WCp/B4Cp/6063Al复合材料,通过SEM和TEM对复合材料的显微组织进行了表征,研究了热处理工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,热处理能使复合材料的抗拉强度明显增加,与T4热处理相比,T6热处理能使复合材料获得更大的抗拉强度,但材料的伸长率和冲击韧度要小于T4态的。热处理后复合材料的断裂形貌表现为基体合金的韧性断裂、基体和颗粒间的界面脱粘和颗粒断裂现象。热处理后复合材料出现了新的析出相,这有助于提高复合材料的抗拉强度。
WCp/B4Cp/6063Al composite was produced by powder metallurgy method. Microstructure of the composite was charaeterized by SEM and TEM. The results show that the tensile strength of the eomposite is improved by the heat treatment. The composite possesses higher strength trot lower elongation and impact toughness 'after T6 heat treatment than those of the T4 heat treated one. The fracture morphology of the heat treated sample are comprised of the ductile fracture of the matrix, the interfacial debond hetween the matrix and the particle and the fracture of the particle. The tensile strength of the composite would he improved by the new precipitates after heat treatment.
