摘要
近年来,新生代群体开始步入工作场所,并将逐渐成为社会的主流。与此同时,代际问题日益凸显,成为各研究领域的热点话题。价值观是行为的内在驱动,对员工的工作态度及行为有着显著影响,因而关系到团队与组织的绩效。研究发现,相对于前几代员工,出生于1980年后的新生代员工成长于更为安定的社会经济环境中,更易形成"后现代主义价值观"(Postmodernist value)。本文以后现代主义价值观的基本特征为基础,回顾了价值观、工作价值观与代际问题的理论基础及研究方法,结合我国特有的历史文化背景,对新生代员工的工作价值观进行探讨,并对今后的代际管理研究及如何进行更有效的实践管理提出建议。
In the recent years, the new generation are going to the working place and will become the main stream of our society. At the same time, generations is becoming a hot topic of many research fields. As the inner drive of behaviors, employees' values have significant influences on their work attitude and performance, and thus relate to team and organization performance. Studies found that, compared to former generations of employees, the new generation who were born after 1980 are easier to form "postmodernist values", as they grew up in a more developed and stable environment. In this paper, based on the essential features of postmodernist values, the theory and research method of value, work value and generations are reviewed. Combined with Chinese history, conditions and culture, the work values of new generation employees and the suggestions for further research and better management are discussed.
